1. Postal charges are based on weight and include a charge for packaging and handling. Our standard postage charges are as follows -

Customers outside the UK please note -
There may be a surcharge on large parcels weighing over 2kg due to volumetric weight charging, particularly to destinations outside Europe. Conversely there may also be cheaper postage options for orders weighing over 2kg, in some cases it is cheaper to split the order into 2 packages. Please email us for confirmation of the shipping cost before completing checkout.
2. Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours.
3. Parcels to UK mainland destinations will be despatched by Royal Mail or courier, depending on weight - generally parcels below 1kg will be despatched by Royal Mail (all parcels to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish islands and the Isle of Mann will normally be despatched by Royal Mail). A trackable service will be used on all orders which are sent by courier, orders sent by Royal Mail with a total value exceeding £100 will generally also be sent via a trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
4. Parcels to destinations outside the UK will be despatched either by courier (usually Fedex or DHL, depending on destination) or Royal Mail (generally parcels up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail). A trackable service will be used on all orders which are sent by courier, orders sent by Royal Mail with a total value exceeding £100 will generally also be sent via a trackable service such as Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For (Airsure is not available to all international destinations, International Signed For is tracked up to the point of leaving the UK only for most destinations).
5. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 working days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item or to exchange for other goods to same value. To qualify the item must be in the same condition as when it was despatched. Please note that we will only refund the postage charge if you are returning an item because it is faulty.
