Schumo steel turned road wheel set for Tamiya KV1 / KV2 early version 1/16 scale

Set of steel road wheels for the Tamiya KV-1 / KV-2.  Steel turned, each road wheel has a double ball-bearing, also a nylon washer and a resin cover.  Due to the steel, the road wheels oxidize lightly on the driving area and are covered with a layer of a light rust film which wears off during driving.  The whole set (12 road wheels) including hubs (Tamiya part A14 or Schumo-Kits Set KV0013ND) has a weight of around 850 gram!

For assembling  this set you need the Tamiya kit parts A14 for each road wheel.  Alternatively you can use the Schumo-Kits set KV0013ND. 

The set represents the first version of the KV road wheels, which was had two parts and a rubber rim.  These wheels are correctly detailed in comparison with the Tamiya road wheels.  The ridges on the cap are asymmetric like the original.
