New stock just in!  These are now marketed under the Taigen label.  Incorporating improved track tension system, new quick release system and velcro strap for battery.  Please note they are now supplied unpainted, most plastic parts are yellow colour.  Photos show the older version, these will be updated in the next few days. 


Asiatam metal lower hull upgrade upgrade for the 1/16 scale Heng Long Tiger 1.  The lower hull incorporates a sturdy metal inner chassis with a plastic outer section.  The plastic hull has a wealth of detail and is fitted with new metal swing arms with springs on which you can fit either the original Heng Long plastic wheels or metal replacements ( available separately ).
The hull also features a new mechanism to enable easier opening and a deck for mounting the electronics. The hull is fitted with torsion bar suspension and tension adjustors.
Metal tow shackles and gear casings are pre-fitted.

Note - the original Heng Long axles are too long, you will need to fit replacement axles which can be purchased separately, there are 2 lengths depending on whether you are fitting Heng Long plastic wheels or Asiatam Late version metal wheels.  If you are reusing the Heng Long wheels you may need to trim them slightly for a good fit, the Asiatam Late metal wheels are usually supplied with pre-fitted axles.   Not suitable for use with Mato wheels!
